Tower Hamlets Leisure Centres

We recently completed a comprehensive portfolio survey and dilapidations study for our client, Carter Jones, focusing on several leisure centres within the borough of Tower Hamlets. Our role was to inspect and report on dilapidated items across these facilities, ensuring that the buildings’ engineering systems were thoroughly assessed for both condition and repair/maintenance status. A total of five leisure centres were inspected with a combined net floor area of over 15,000m2

Our work culminated in the production of detailed schedules outlining all necessary remedial works and potential reinstatement liabilities for the buildings’ managing agent. This process involved close collaboration with the agent’s maintenance team to understand the history of repairs and maintenance activities carried out over the years. This insight was crucial in informing our overall assessment and ensuring that our recommendations were accurate and comprehensive.
